Nadine Rademaker works as a lawyer in the Corporate Law Team and the Procedural Law Team. She is primarily involved in directors’ and shareholders’ disputes and in the drafting and interpretation of agreements.
Nadine obtained a Master’s degree in civil law at the University of Leiden. During her studies she worked as a committee member and legal advisor at the Groningen legal advice centre and organised a conference for the Business and Law Students Society (SGOR) on the restructuring of companies. Nadine has also worked as a language coach in civic integration programmes.
After her studies, Nadine started to work as a business developer at the Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer law firm in Amsterdam. In that position she closely monitored all market developments in order to write pitches for prospective clients together with the lawyers. Nadine: “At Köster, I am currently developing as a corporate lawyer. The competitive and varied nature of the profession combined with this firm’s accessible nature appeals to me greatly.”
