“I feel at home in property law. Like me, my clients are straightforward and direct. That’s why we understand each other well.”
Property law (and landlord and tenant law in particular) is Claudia’s area of expertise. There are clearly defined frameworks and standard procedures in this specific discipline. But that’s precisely where the challenge lies for her: also outside those frameworks she finds solutions that lead to the best possible outcome. That’s Claudia’s nature: she goes for gold.
In disputes she represents both tenants and landlords of office and retail spaces. Her broad professional expertise allows her to accurately assess and explain the opportunities and risks in property law. Claudia: “My clients soon know where they stand”.
She also continuously develops her own professional skills. She has broadened her knowledge by completing a specialist landlord and tenant law course with distinction. Claudia likes to share her knowledge on social media – via our blog, for instance.
