Creative Media Network and SPA Capital have joined forces to achieve further growth and development. The ideal partner was found in SPA Capital to realise the growth ambitions, both organically and via buy-and-build. This acquisition means that after more than 75 years and three generations of the Laan family, CMN is no longer family-owned. Once started as a lithographer, CMN today advises organisations at management level on marketing and content production. There is a lot of consolidation in the Media and Communication sector to continue to meet the increasing customer demand for multidisciplinary services. CMN is responding to this and is evolving into the ultimate marketing production company.
