We are extremely proud of our colleague Helena Lysaght. Last Friday she graduated with honors, cum laude, at the Mr. S.K. Martens Academy, the official course for experienced lawyers in the field of intellectual property law. Helena is part of the IP/ Privacy team of Köster and has extensive experience in advising and litigating for clients on copyright, design law, trademark law, online content and digital platforms. This specialisation course is a wonderful addition to her work as an IP lawyer for our firm. Congratulations!
