Tessa van den Haselkamp is a member of the Litigation team. Her focus and specific knowledge are in the field of dispute resolution relating to commercial contracts (such as agency, distribution, franchise and purchase agreements).
Tessa previously worked at Simmons & Simmons as a Professional Support Lawyer in the Commercial Contracting & Litigation and Real Estate & Lease teams. She gained practical knowledge there of advising on, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
