Suzanne is a member of the Corporate Law team. She obtained a Bachelor’s degree at the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, followed by a Pre-Master’s degree at Erasmus University Rotterdam. She wrote her Bachelor’s thesis on the modernisation of partnerships. During her Bachelor’s degree course she was a board member and later chair of a legal study society. Suzanne obtained a Master’s degree in business law from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2021. Suzanne wrote her Master’s thesis on the conflicting interests of managing directors and supervisory directors in the healthcare sector.

Suzanne developed a passion for corporate law during her Bachelor’s degree course. That passion only increased during her traineeships at several law firms.
