Roos de Grave

A legal solution must also be practicable.

Roos de Grave is a member of the Property Law team and focuses mainly on landlord and tenant law. Roos regularly represents both landlords and tenants of office and business spaces, for instance in matters relating to rent increases or reductions.

Roos’s approach and line of thought are solution-oriented: a legal solution must also be practicable. She acts as a sparring partner for her clients and is able to make complex matters accessible by quickly getting to the heart of the matter.

Roos started her legal career in 2016 at an Amsterdam law firm where she worked in the fields of construction law and property law. Roos studied at University of Utrecht, the University of Leiden and Charles University in Prague. She regularly writes blogs on landlord and tenant law issues. She wrote a review article for SDU, for instance, in which she discussed the impact of COVID-19 on the letting of residential accommodation.
