Joost Knaap advises and litigates in the field of broad “classic” employment law (individual dismissal cases, reorganisations, advising on reintegration and absenteeism, collective bargaining law and employee participation), as well as advising on flexible employment relationships.
In addition to employment law, Joost has also completed a study in psychology. This combination ensures that Joost not only has sound legal knowledge, but above all never loses sight of the human aspect of a case. Joost goes all-out for his clients and is characterised by his pragmatic, goal-oriented approach to cases.
Joost is a member of the Association of Young Employment Lawyers and an author at the Kerckebosch publishing house and study centre, for which he writes abut employment law in the broadest sense and occupational health and safety law in particular. His publications include the Zakboek Arbowet (Kerckebosch: 2018).
