Ines Blomsma advises, litigates and negotiates in the fields of liability law and contract law. She focuses on property law and issues regarding the liability of professional service providers, such as estate agents, accountants and lawyers. Ines’ working method is characterised by strong commitment and a thorough approach, offering fast and sound solutions.
Before switching to Köster, she advised and litigated (at the District Court, the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court) in the fields of liability law, property law, the law of obligations and landlord and tenant law. At that time she was involved in high-profile cassation and other cases and learned a great deal from the experienced lawyers. Ines: “They taught me the ins and outs of the game of litigation. After completing her Dutch law studies, Ines Blomsma worked for five years as a lawyer at Pels Rijcken & Droogleever Fortuijn, followed by one and a half years at Loyens & Loeff, where she advised in property transactions. Ines is also a co-author of the standard reference book Hoofdlijnen van Nederlands Burgerlijk Procesrecht, a textbook for students and legal practitioners.
