I have a broad basis of legal knowledge, focused on liability and contracts.
Eva van Gerwen works for the Insolvency Law Team and the Contract Law Team. She started at Köster as a student trainee and was later appointed as a legal assistant and sworn in as a lawyer in the summer of 2018. Eva: “I noticed during my practical training that team work, creativity and perseverance are important qualities at Köster. Those aspects and dynamics of the firm greatly appealed to me.”
Eva studied private law at the University of Amsterdam. Her active and responsible nature was apparent during her studies already. She worked as a volunteer for two years at the Amsterdam Legal Advice Centre, for instance, and completed two practical traineeships, one at a small firm and one at a large law firm in Amsterdam.
In her leisure time Eva plays sports, but is creative above all.
